Windham Injury Management Group, a premier case management company based in New England is currently seeking Ergonomists for many states east of the Mississippi river.
As an Ergonomist, you will determine the physical demands of the injured employee's job, identify how their job can be modified to accommodate their unique physical capabilities/work restrictions and assist employers in Return to Work programs.
This position is home based and part time/as needed as we grow.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for the position:
Bachelors Degree in Ergonomics or the equivalent
Experience with workers compensation.
Knowledge of environment and safety issues
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Self directed
Ability to work independently and be resourceful
Computer knowledge -- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Driving and walking, are physical demands of the job
